By creating an account or using CharaForge ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old. You must have the legal right to enter this agreement in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account, which is used for sign-in. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
CharaForge sells one-time credit packs through Stripe. Purchased credits never expire. Free trial credits expire 14 days after signup or when depleted, whichever comes first. All sales are final except where required by law; contact support@charaforge.io for refund requests.
You may not use the Service to generate content depicting minors in sexual or violent contexts, content intended to harass a real person, or content that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
You own the characters and other content you create using CharaForge. We claim no ownership. We do not use your prompts or outputs to train AI models.
The Service is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantee. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or upgrades.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CharaForge and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
